CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) –
State investigators say they busted an illegal gambling ring and counterfeit sales at a Beechmont BP.
The Ohio Investigative Unit says some of their agents were payed out with alcohol and drug paraphernalia and were able to buy counterfeit Louis Vuitton and Versace purses.
The corporation Aanand Petroleum Inc., which owns the 7380 Beechmont Avenue BP, was criminally charged with multiple counts of gambling, possession of counterfeit goods and marijuana paraphernalia.
If convicted, the business faces up to $85,000 in fines and revocation of their liquor permit, according to authorities.
State authorities also charged Sant Shivhare, 48, of West Chester with operating a gambling house, public gambling, marijuana paraphernalia and selling counterfeited goods. Shivhare faces $18,000 in fines and nine years in prison.
